If you receive a Credential Error message when attempting to submit your SRAR, or while completing the Electronic Signature field, there is an error with your credentials (e.g., email address and/or password).
To resolve this, please follow each step carefully:
- Confirm you are using the same email address and password that you use to log in to your SRAR.
- Confirm there are no spelling errors in either your password or email address.
- Confirm that "caps lock" has not been selected accidentally.
