If you receive a Credential Error message when attempting to submit your SSAR, while completing the Electronic Signature field, there is an error with your credentials (email address and/or password).
To fix this, please follow each step carefully:
- Confirm you are using the same email address and password that you use to log in to your SSAR.
- Confirm there are no spelling errors in either your password or email address.
- Confirm that "caps lock" has not been selected accidentally.
If necessary, please choose the appropriate option to Reset Your SSAR Password
A link to reset your password will be sent to the email address that you used when you created your account. If you have not received the password reset link, please check your SPAM/Junk Mail folder and ensure that your email will accept messages from Scarlet Computing Solutions (scarletcs.com).
