If you switched high schools and returned to your previous high school please record your Dates of Attendance as follows:
- Enter the Dates of Attendance for the school to which you returned without any breaks in attendance (e.g., 09/2018 - 06/2022). Only record the courses and grades for the years that you attended.
- Enter the Dates of Attendance for the school to which you initially transferred just for the time that you attended.
Example
A high school student attended Hillsborough High School for grades 9 (09/2018-06/2019), 11 & 12 (09/2020-06/2022) and Princeton High School for grade 10 (09/2019-06/2020).
Grade 9 (09/2018 to 06/2019) - Hillsborough High School
Grade 10 (09/2019 to 06/2020) - Princeton High School
Grade 11 (09/2020 to 06/2021) - Hillsborough High School
Grade 12 (09/2021 to 06/2022) - Hillsborough High School
The student would enter the Dates of Attendance for Hillsborough High School as 09/2018-06/2022 but ONLY record courses and grades for Grade 9 (2018-2019), Grade 11 (2020-2021), and Grade 12 (2021-2022).
The student would enter Dates of Attendance for Princeton High School as 09/2019-06/2020 and ONLY record courses and grades for the time attended, Grade 10 (2019-2020)
