Always refer to an unofficial transcript, report card (e.g., online grades report), score report, etc., when self-reporting your academic record.
Unofficial Test Scores. Several participating colleges and universities require students to self-report exam scores. Thus, you will need ACT, SAT, or any other standardized test scores required by your college or university.
