An Authentication Failed message indicates that there is an error in the login credentials (e.g. misspelling or caps lock).
If you have already created an account and are receiving the Authentication Failed message, please confirm:
- You are logging in with the email address originally used to create your SRAR account.
- There is not a typo in your email address or password.
- You are typing your email address and password in the text-box fields. Do not copy and paste.
- You've entered your full email address. For example, "username@scarletcs.com" instead of "username@scarletcs."
- Your keyboard is in the right language. US characters only.
- You are using login credentials for the SRAR, not a SSAR account.
If you continue to experience difficulty or cannot remember your password, please click Forgot SRAR Password to have a password reset link sent to your email address.
