To reset your SRAR password, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the SRAR homepage and enter your email address in the field labeled SRAR Email Address.
- Click Continue
- If you have a SRAR account, you will be prompted with a welcome message and instructions to enter your password in the space provided. Next to the "SRAR Password" field, click Forgot?
Note: If you receive the following error message "There does not appear to be an account in our system matching the email address you provided," please check that there are no spaces before or after your email address. Confirm that you have spelled your email address correctly. If you have applied to a Florida college/university and used the SSAR, you will need to create a SRAR account as well. Upon login, you will be able to save time by importing your SSAR into the SRAR. - On the Forgot Password recovery screen, enter your first name, last name, and email address exactly as you recorded them when you created your SRAR account.
- Click Submit.
Note: ScarletCS has a strong commitment to ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of student records. Your password will be sent only to the email address you used when you created your account. If you do not have access to this email address, you will need to open a ticket with our technical support team or email us at support@scarletcs.com. - Password reset instructions will be sent to the email address you used when you created your account. Open this email and click the Reset My Password link.
Note: The password reset link is only valid for 24-hours. If the link has expired, you will need to submit a new password reset request. - Create a new password that meets password requirements: Passwords are required to be between 8 and 20 characters and a mix of letters, numbers, and one or more of the following characters: !,@,#,?,$,%,*,=. Do not use any other characters other than !,@,#,?,$,%,*,=.
- Click Submit.
- To log in using your new password, proceed to your participating college/university SRAR.
