Please follow the steps below if you are attempting to login with the email address used to create your SRAR account, but receive the following message: There does not appear to be an account in our system matching the email address you provided.
- Make sure that:
- You are logging in with the email address originally used to create your SRAR account.
- There is not a typo in your email address.
- You are typing your email address in the text-box field. Do not copy and paste.
- You've entered your full email address. For example, "username@scarletcs.com" instead of "username@scarletcs."
- Your keyboard is in the right language. US characters only.
- You are using login credentials for the SRAR, not a SSAR account.
- If you're still getting the error message, please open a technical support ticket with our help desk or email support@scarletcs.com.
