The system will not recognize an email address if your first or last name is spelled incorrectly, or if your name does not match your original entry in the system. Your name and email address must be entered exactly as it was recorded when the account was created.
Please confirm the following if you are attempting to reset your password, but receive the following error message: "The name and email combination you entered does not exist in our system. Please try again."
- You are entering the email address originally used to create your SRAR account.
- There is not a typo in your email address, first name, or last name.
- You are typing your email address and name in the text-box fields. Do not copy and paste.
- You've entered your full email address. For example, "username@scarletcs.com" instead of "username@scarletcs."
- Your keyboard is in the right language. US characters only.
- You are using login credentials for the SRAR, not a SSAR account.
