If you have been locked out of your SRAR account due to too many failed login attempts, you will need to follow the steps below to activate your account:
- To regain access to your SRAR, go to the SRAR Activation Page, enter the email address you used to create your SRAR account, and click Resend Activation Email.
- An activation email will be sent to you.
Note: If you do not receive an activation email, please contact support@scarletcs.com or review troubleshooting tips here. - Follow the instructions sent via email to finish unlocking your account. Please note the activation link will expire in 24 hours and can only be used to activate your account one time.
Note: If you activation link and/or code are expired, repeat the steps in this article to receive a new activation link/code.
